UAccess Research Training

Sponsored Projects & Contracting Services offers both instructor led workshops and training videos to help the UA research community learn how to prepare proposals in UAccess Research. In addition to general proposal preparation, the following trainings address requirements regarding attachments, budget and workflow.

Instructor Led Workshops

Contact Sponsored Projects & Contracting Services to request UAccess Research training workshops or schedule SPCS to visit your department or college.  See Resources for Research Administrators for slides and handouts from past workshops.

Training Videos

These short screencasts were recorded to provide an overview of how to create a proposal development document in UAccess Research. Each video covers a separate tab in the proposal development document. Watch them in the order listed below for a full overview of the system or choose one to focus on the area where you have questions.

In 2022 UAccess Research moved from locally hosted to a cloud-based System-as-a-Service (SAAS). Sangita Pawar Judge, Vice President of Operations for Research, Innovation & Impact (RII) addressed the Campus Research Community on changes to the UAccess Research system at that time.
