IES 101 Grant Development Workshop

Event Date

Wednesday, April 22, 2020

Location

Most likely this will now be conducted virtually, via Zoom. If we are able to return to work by April 22, the location is Marshall Building, Room 539

Description

Research Development Services (RDS) will host an introductory workshop for faculty interested in developing proposals for the Institute of Education Sciences (IES), National Center for Education Research (NCER) and the National Center for Special Education Research (NCSER). The workshop is designed for investigators who are new to this federal sponsor or who plan to resubmit an application.  RDS will provide a roadmap for development that includes an overview of sponsor requirements, grant application components, a suggested timeline, and tips for submission. Presented by Courtney Coffey, Ph.D.,  and Aimee Jo Gibney, Ph.D., Research Development Associates. Please register to attend.
Note: The IES funding opportunity announcement for FY 2021 should be released in June 2020 with a deadline for proposals in August 2020.
