Past IRB Rosters

All past IRB rosters can be found below based on approval date. Rosters with an approval date before 06/01/2020 were approved by OHRP. Rosters with an approval date after 06/01/2020 are approved by the HSPP Director. The Revised Common Rule eliminated the requirement for OHRP to approve IRB rosters. As a result, IRB rosters are now approved in-house. If you need copies of IRB rosters older than 2013, please submit a request to VPR-IRB@arizona.edu that includes the date range and IRB Committees requested.
